Pickle Playtime Scoring is designed to keep score simple while you stay focused on the court.

Start a match

• Choose New Game from the menu.
• Select singles or doubles, scoring mode, target score, and win-by value.
• Choose which team serves first on the court.
• Select Start Game when the serving team is ready.

Score a rally

Tap the team that won the rally. The score, server, and court positions update automatically according to the selected scoring rules.

In doubles, the opening server is shown as server 2 for side-out scoring. After a side-out, the serving team follows the displayed player rotation.

Use the court controls

• Undo reverses the most recent rally.
• Reset returns the current match to its starting score and positions.
• Switch Sides mirrors the court for the players’ perspective.
• Swap Players changes the two player positions on a team during setup.

Finish and save a match

When a team wins, select Save Match before tapping Done if you want the result in match history. Leaving it unchecked lets you finish without saving the match.

If you accidentally discard an unsaved completed match, use the recovery notice or Undo action while it is available.

Customize the app

Use Settings to change the theme, court orientation, audio announcements, and announcement speed. Team names and player names can be edited from New Game.

Offline and saved data

The scorekeeper works offline. Active matches, settings, and saved match history are stored in this browser on this device. Clearing browser data can remove locally saved matches and settings.

If browser storage is unavailable or damaged, the app will explain what happened and keep the current tab usable whenever possible.
